Whitman, Solomon, 1710 - 1803

Solomon Whitman was the son of Rev. Samuel Whitman of Farmington, Connecticut.  He was a magistrate, town clerk,  justice of the peace, and judge of the probate court. In 1751 he was elected to the General Assembly, where he remained until 1767.  Mabel S.
