Hooker, Ruth, 1708 - 1777

Ruth Hooker Strong Whitman (April 16, 1708-December 18, 1777) was the daughter of John Hooker and Abigail Stanley of Farmington, Connecticut.  She wed Captain Asahel Strong (1702-1751) in 1729 and, after his death, married Solomon Whitman on November 19, 1772.
