Atumtuco

With a background in the Quarasksucks community, Atumtucko was a leader of the Tunxis at Farmington, Connecticut.  According to a 1684 deed, his mother was the daughter of Pamepumhate (James), and the wife of Patucko.

Atumtucko's name also appears as a witness to the confirmation deed to Hartford in 1670 and as grantor of a tract of Farmington land in 1687.  Two years later, he was listed in an informal census of Native men in Farmington.
