James Wawowos' Remonstrance against the Acceptance of the Committee's Return

James Wawowos, etc.,  and now the said Indians remonstrate against the acceptance of the committee’s return because above all said deeds except three or four are by said committee found to be void in law, and your remonstrants' equity can’t make them good and because said committee were led into a very great mistake by the miscast of the surveyor in the quantity of land contained in the Indian Neck, etc., and this the remonstrants are ready to prove and pray said report may be set aside.

For the remonstrants,

Ingersoll & Root
