Resolve on the Petition of Patience Gimbee to the Massachusetts General Court

In the House of Representatives

Resolved that the prayer of the petitioner be granted and that the Trustees of the Indian affairs of the Town of Grafton be and they are hereby empowered to 1 call in and deliver to the petitioner so much of the said legacy as they shall think necessary to pay her just debts and for the present support of her family.
