Occom, Tabitha, 1754 -

Tabitha Occom (Mohegan) was the daughter of Samson Occom and Mary Fowler of Mohegan, Connecticut.  She married first married Joseph Johnson on December 2, 1773 in Norwich, Connecticut and had two sons, William (1774) and Joseph (1776).  After Johnson's death, she married Joshua Cooper and had a daughter, Hannah.  Brown and Rose, Black Roots, 277. Eva L.
