Resolve on the Petition of Dr. Philemon Tracy

Whereas Doctor Philemon Tracy in the year 1821 rendered medical services to John Miller, deceased, an Indian of the Pequot or Stonington Tribe, by direction of their overseer and has not been paid for want of funds in the hands of said overseer.

Therefore, resolved that the comptroller draw an order on the treasurer in favor of said Philemon Tracy for the amount of his bill, without interest, being seventy-six dollars and fifty cents
