Shirley, George W.

George W. Shirley (March 1804-October 12, 1872) was a farmer from North Stonington, Connecticut. In February and April 1845 and in October of the following year, he and his wife received payments from the Eastern Pequot overseer for boarding Philena, a member of the tribe.
