Lathrop, Charles, 1770 - 1831

Charles Lathrop (January 11, 1770-January 17, 1831) was the son of Azariah Lathrop of Norwich, Connecticut.  After graduating from Yale in 1788, he opened a law practice in his home town.  Lathrop also served as the clerk of the New London County Superior and County Courts for twenty-one years and a deacon of the First Congregational Church of Norwich.
