Madison, Michael, 1806 - 1860

Michael Madison (before 1812-c. 1860) was son of William Madison and Charlotte Peters of the Chappaquiddick Indian community.  In 1830 he married Diana Peters of Gay Head in Chilmark.  Their family consisted of Charles b. (b. 1842), Issac E. (b. 1845), Ann J. (b. 1836), Charlotte (b. 1840), and Raymond (1860)  His widow resided at Gay Head in 1861 and 1870.  Pease, Pease Report, 53.
