James, Henry

Henry James (d. after 1870) was a seaman and farmer from the Indian community of Christiantown, Massachusetts.  He was the husband of Mary C. Peters of Gay Head, and the father of Lucinda James (b. 1835).  In 1870, James was living at Christiantown while his wife resided at Gay Head.  Pease, Pease Report, 53.
