Petition of Charles Endicott, Guardian of the Ponkapaug Indians, to the Massachusetts General Court
To the Honorable Senate and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Respectfully represents Isaac Williams of Stoughton in the County of Norfork, that he is a member of the Ponkapog Tribe of Indians, that he now has a grant of fifty dollars per year to continue during life, that said sum is insufficient for his support.
Wherefore, he prays that an additional grant may be made for his benefit.
