Powers, Walter, 1639 - 1708

Walter Powers (1639-1708) was an Irish indentured servant who removed to Concord, Massachusetts by 1654 to become a farmer and a millowner. He purchased land at Nashoba from Thomas Waban in 1694 and received more Indian property from his father-in-law Deacon Ralph Shepard. John M. Hudson, History of Concord, 390.
