Order of the General Court of Massachusetts on the Petition of Sarah Rumneymarsh
In the House of Representatives. October 17, 1759. Read and in answer, ordered that the petitioner be by and with the advice and consent of the Guardians of the Natick Indians empowered to sell the lands herein mentioned and to execute a good deed or deeds in the same and that the money arising by said sale be put into the hands of said Guardians to be accountable to this Court. Sent up for concurrence, Samuel White, Speaker. 1

- 1. Deleted text: I, the subscriber, being the heir to the lands within-mentioned, on reversion thereof as dower, do consent to the sale of the premises for the purposes within-mentioned. The above heir is dead since the petition was wrote and the whole descends to the within petitioner. This text, while deleted from the present document, refers to the Petition of Sarah Rumneymarsh to the Massachusetts General Assembly, 1759.09.24.00.
