Athearn, James , 1725 - 1814

James Athearn was the son of Jethro Athearn and Mary Mayhew of Tisbury, Massachusetts.  An attorney at West Tisbury, Athearn was also a Judge of Common Pleas (1775), and Judge of Probate (1775, 1780) for Dukes County. Find A Grave.
