A request of Phebe Gould for the appointment of a suitable person to sell her interest in land in order to pay the debts of her deceased mother, Lydia Squinn

To the Honorable Senate and House of Representative of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Gentlemen,
The subscriber, Phebe Gould of Abington in the County of Plymouth, Indian Woman, hereby respectfully requests Your Honors that some suitable person may be appointed to sell and pass deeds to convey a small quantity of land lying in the Town of Troy in the County of Bristol that her mother Lydia Squinn, late of Middleborough in the County of Plymouth, Indian Woman, died seized of, so that after the just debts and charges of the said Lydia Squinn are first paid, that her legal heirs may have and enjoy the same.
As in duty bound so prays.
