Williams, Roger W. (1819)

Roger W. Williams was a justice of the Windham County (CT) County Court.  In 1808 the Connecticut General Assembly appointed him to sell land in Brooklyn, Connecticut belonging to Hannah and Lucy Jowon.  He asked the legislature to be relieved of his responsibilities in 1819.  IP 2.3-7
