Wampum, Stephen (1695)

Stephen Wampum was most likely a member of the Herring Pond Indian Community.  In 1695 he was prosecuted for stealing a lace handkerchief from Joseph Jenkins and for that was sentenced to sold into servitude for one year.  Sentencing of Stephen Wampum, 1695.07.09.00.
