Wadsworth, Seth, 1747 - 1830
Seth Wadsworth (1747-July 22, 1830), the son of Hezekiah Wadsworth and Lois Judd, was an innkeeper in Farmington, Connecticut who also served as collector of town taxes. In 1778, he purchased land at Fort Hill from John Adams and from Sarah Deliverance. Five years later, he was an appraiser for Samuel Adams' property in a debt suit. He also purchased land at Indian Neck from Timothy Root in 1799.
