Spooner, Ephraim, 1734 - 1817

The Honorable Deacon Ephraim Spooner was a merchant from Plymouth, Massachusetts who was appointed an associate justice of the Court of Common Pleas in 1790.  Spooner also served as the deacon of the First Church of Christ in Plymouth and one of the overseers of the Mashpee, Herring Pond, and Black Ground communities.
