Robinson, William M.D., 1764 - 1845

William Robinson, M.D., was a practicing physician in Stonington, Connecticut as early as 1812.  In the 1820 census for that town, his household included one boy under 10, two females, aged 10 through 15, three females, aged 16 through 25, one male and one female 45 and over,  and one Person of Color aged 14 through 25.  At 63 years of age, Dr. Robinson joined the New London County Medical Association in 1763.  In that same year, he provided medical services to the Eastern Pequot community.
