Queroheag, the son of Mowowpeohtotees, was a Pequannock leader who married the daughter of George, a Tunxis man.  In 1688, Queroheag was among those who agreed to the choice of Wawowos and Shum as tribal leaders as proposed by William Wadsworth and Captain John Stanley.
