Miller, Lemuel O. , - 1881

Lemuel O. Miller was the son of John Miller and Molly George of Montville, Connecticut.  He was a crew member on the Julius Caesar in April 1833 on a voyage to the South Atlantic.  Four years later on November 2, 1837, he married Delana C. Fielding in Montville.  In 1842, he returned to sea on the Robert Brown with a destination of the Pacific Ocean.  Miller returned to Connecticut by 1870, living at the Mohegan reservation.  He died there on October 26, 1881 of typhoid pneumonia.  A Mohegan Genealogy by Niyayodqj, Ancestry.
