Carpenter, Daniel, 1807 - 1862

Daniel Carpenter (1807-1862) was a farmer from Lebanon, Connecticut.  In 1850 and most likely before that time, he was the keeper of a poor house in that town.  In 1844, the overseer of the Eastern Pequot tribe reimbursed Carpenter and the Town of Lebanon for expenses they had incurred for taking care of Zilpha Talsbury.
