Brown, Aaron

Aaron Brown (November 25, 1781-November 3, 1870) was a farmer from Ledyard, Connecticut, living close to the Mashantucket Indian community there.  He and his family were Baptists.  In 1817, William Williams, the Western Pequot's overseer, reimbursed Brown for expenses incurred from going to Preston to retrieve an Indian woman.
