Bohema, Sarah E. , 1798 - 1882

Sarah (Sally) E. Bohema was the daughter of Daniel Bohema and Betty Cooper of the Mohegan Tribe in Montville, Connecticut.  She was a noted basket maker.  In 1858, Sarah and her brother Jerome were heirs of Henrietta Nichols.  At her death, Sarah held rights in at least two tracts of land at Montville.  Brown and Rose, Black Roots, 34.
