Bigelow, Timothy (1817)
Colonel Timothy Bigelow (1767-1821) was a graduate of Harvard College (1786) who became a lawyer in Groton, Massachusetts. He represented that town at the Massachusetts General Court and held the position of Speaker of the House variously from 1805-1819. From 1820 until his death a year later, he served in the Senate.
