Priscilla Fitch Quit Claim to Peter Mason

Know all men by these presents that I, Priscilla Fitch, of Lebanon in the County of New London and Colony of Connecticut, widow of Mr. James Fitch, late of Norwich, deceased, have for a valuable consideration to me secured and paid, quitted claim and by these presents demise, release and forever quit claim unto Peter Mason of Colchester in the County of Hartford and Colony of Connecticut to him, his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, claim and interest that I have, or of right ought to have or by any means may have, to and in the lands purchased by my honored father Major John Mason of Norwich, deceased, of Uncas and Wawagquohaet by deed bearing date the 15th day of August, Anno Domini, 1659 (saving such lands within said general purchase as I or any of my children have particular deeds for which are now on record) to have and to hold, the said tract or tracts of land with all the profits and appurtenances thereof, to him the said Peter Mason, his heirs and assigns forever without any let or hindrance or molestation from me, mine or any by or under me or any by my means, in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal, this the 20th day of March, 1710.
