Report of Joint standing Committee on an Act Authorizing the Sale of Indian Lands

The Joint Standing Committee on the Judiciary to whom was referred the bill for a public act entitled “an act authorizing the sale of Indian Lands” have had the same under consideration and are under opinion that it is unwise and inexpedient to disturb the long-settled policy of the state in regard to the Indian tribes and therefore recommend that said bill do not pass.
