Elisha Crary, Overseer |
- 1. The business with James Orris Guy was a petition that he and his wife Sally, or Thankful, Charles submitted to the Court for permission to build a home on the reservation. Their memorial was successful and they were also granted the use of a contiguous parcel of land, approximately seven acres in size.
- 2. It is unclear as to the nature of this dispute. There doesn't appear to be any additional documentary evidence that might shed light on this dispute.
- 3. Mark Daniels
- 4. There doesn't appear to be any formal memorialization of these complaints, either within the records of the overseer or within the civil and criminal cases.
- 5. Mark Daniels
- 6. John Wilcox
- 7. It is unclear what the nature of this trespass was, as there doesn't appear to be a formal complaint lodged.
- 8. The identity of this child remains undetermined.
