Moss, George Washington, 1800 - 1880
George Washington Moss (April 21, 1800-September 11, 1880) was the son of Rueben and Hadassah Moss of Ware, Massachusetts. At the time of his marriage in 1821, he had removed to the Head of Mystic, where he later ran the Williams Manufacturing Company under the direction of John Hyde.
