Samuel Robin was a member of the Titicut Indian community at Middleborough, Massachusetts.  He may have been married to a woman named Bashoba, for their names are found on a petition to the Massachusetts legislature regarding providing land for the establishment of an English church near them.  Petition of Benjamin Wano to the Massachusetts General Court, 1743.06.00. He most likely is the Samuel Robin who died in the summer of 1776.
